We’re seeking a passionate, articulate brand representative who deeply understands our consumers and embodies the essence of Vitti Living.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Act as the face and voice of the brand within the store - a true custodian of Vitti Living.
- Build lasting consumer relationships and provide a thoughtful, welcoming in-store experience.
- Ensure all showroom activities and communication align with the brand’s philosophy and tone.
- Execute and support marketing initiatives on-ground - from product launches to seasonal campaigns.
- Drive customer engagement, balancing sales targets with brand building.
- Monitor and report customer insights, preferences, and feedback to the marketing and product teams.
- Track competitor activity and trends to inform brand and store strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and local partners to amplify brand visibility and recall.
- Maintain store presentation, ambience, and service in line with brand standards.
- Think long-term - contribute ideas that sustain and grow the brand’s presence and equity.
- **Requirements**:_
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Prior experience in branding, retail marketing, store management or customer-facing roles.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
- A proactive, consumer-first mindset.
- Understanding of the premium/luxury lifestyle space is a plus.
