**We're Hiring: Social Media & Communication Associate**

Location & Job Type: Hyderabad, Hybrid (3 days remote, 3 days in-office)

Join our growing team and help build a brand that cares for little ones and delights parents

*What You'll Do:*
- Help with Social Media content calendar, especially for Reels / Stories on all platforms
- Manage IG/FB DMs, WhatsApp messages & COD confirmations
- Support abandoned cart follow-ups & cold calling
- Assist in B2B collabs (quick commerce, e-com)
- Coordinate influencer & PR activities (online/offline)
- Coordinate shoots & external stakeholders when needed

*We're Looking For:*

✔ Great communication & follow-through

✔ 3-6 months of social media experience
✔ Energetic, proactive & camera-friendly

✔ A creative eye + love for storytelling

✔ Experience in D2C/e-com/social is a bonus

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
