**Job Summary**

We are seeking a creative, forward thinking and organized social media associate to join our growing team. In this position, you will interact with targeted virtual communities and network users to promote our products and services.

**Key Roles & responsibilities**

**1. Social Media Management**

Schedule and post content across all social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message.

**2. Engagement**

Monitor, listen and respond to users in a social media. Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

**3. Content Creation**

Develop, create and curate engaging content for various social media platform including facebook, Instagram, Youtube and linkedIn. This includes writing posts, designing images and producing short videos or animations.

**4. Analytics**

Analyze and report on the activity on social media networks to identify effective strategies and areas for improvement.

**5. Trends and Research**

**6. Collaboration**

Work closely with colleagues across the organization to develop social media that coincide with new product release, ad campaigns and brand message. Coordinate with the marketing team to create social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.

**You will be a good fit, if you have**

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related field.

2. Proven Work experience as a social media associate or similar role.

3. Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.

**Salary**: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
