Associate Manager - Social Media Operations Location Hyderabad Job Type Full-Time About us - At vSplash we are passionate about helping businesses shine online From websites to digital presence management we build scalable digital solutions that make a real difference As a trusted white-label digital media partner we support global agencies in serving 10 000 SMBs every month At our core we re a team of curious minds who love technology creativity and collaboration With us you ll be part of a culture where ideas matter learning never stops and innovation is part of everyday life Job Brief We are looking for a results-driven Associate Manager - Social Media Operations to lead vSplash s operations for US-based small businesses You will manage a team of Social Media Specialists SMS and own day-to-day operations SLA adherence and partner client escalations Your focus will be on driving efficiency proactive resolution and process improvements while ensuring our team culture and values thrive The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in people management SLA management and operational efficiency with working knowledge of tools such as Jira Salesforce and project management platforms What will you actually do You will Lead day-to-day operations of social media teams ensuring SLA compliance smooth task execution and process continuity Track team performance using dashboards tools share regular reports and provide insights for leadership reviews Develop reporting metrics and dashboards as business complexity evolves Manage workflows for a large customer base with varied process requirements Act as the first escalation point for partner queries with timely responses and accurate reporting Oversee onboarding training and refresher sessions for team members Drive efficiency improvements process automation and cross-functional collaboration with Product Engineering teams Support hiring manage leave planning and address performance issues to maintain productivity and availability Build a strong team culture through regular check-ins recognition and transparent communication to boost cohesion morale and engagement What mindset fits best Accountability-driven Client-centric and Partner-centric Tech-savvy Process-oriented Agile improvement-focused Growth learning-oriented Collaborative leadership style Key Skills Requirement - Proven expertise in managing SLAs team schedules and day-to-day operations Strong communication leadership and problem-solving abilities Strong analytical skills to generate insights improve processes and support data driven decisions Proficiency in documents spreadsheets and presentations for reporting and communication Hands-on experience with essential tools like Jira Salesforce Slack or similar platforms Qualification and Prior Experience - Graduate in any discipline postgraduate degree is an advantage 8 years overall work experience At least 4 years in delivery management team management and client partner interactions Ready to apply If this sounds like your kind of challenge send us your resume Powered by JazzHR
