**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Timetable Coordination**: Liaise with teachers to assist in the creation of daily timetables and ensure adequate teacher availability for all classes.
- **Teacher Availability**: Monitor and ensure sufficient teacher presence for scheduled classes.
- **Data Management**: Maintain detailed records of student data, including information on all batches.
- **Scheduling Adjustments**: Provide updates and relevant class information to the Director and Administrator, making adjustments to the daily class schedule as needed.
- **Teacher Engagement**: Foster a positive environment among teachers, encouraging punctuality and professionalism in classes.
- **Parent Relations**: Maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
- **Feedback and Meetings**: Conduct regular meetings with teachers to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any issues.
- **Parent-Teacher Meetings**: Organize and facilitate Parent-Teacher Meetings to discuss student progress and address queries.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate regularly with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- **Technical Assistance**: Provide technical support to parents and students as needed.
- **Point of Contact**: Serve as the primary contact between teachers, the company, and parents, ensuring clear and effective communication.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of online learning platforms and technical troubleshooting.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
