**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage employee tasks, user stories, and workflows in Jira.
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely updates on task progress.
- Collaborate with team leads to structure project tasks and milestones.
- Customize Jira dashboards, filters, and reports for better project tracking.
- Provide training and support to team members on Jira best practices.
- Monitor task statuses and escalate delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Jira system.
- Generate regular reports for management on project progress and team performance.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or task management using Jira.
- Familiarity with software development processes or agile methodologies is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in using Jira for task management and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
