**Position Summary**:
Flynaut is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient **JIRA Administrator** to manage and optimize our Atlassian JIRA platform, supporting seamless project tracking, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will play a key part in ensuring the integrity, performance, and customization of our JIRA ecosystem across various departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer, configure, and maintain **JIRA projects**, workflows, permission schemes, issue types, custom fields, and screen schemes.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to optimize JIRA usage for **Agile/Scrum** and **Kanban** methodologies.
- Create and manage **dashboards, filters, JQL queries**, reports, and automation rules to support project transparency and performance tracking.
- Monitor system **performance, usage, and licenses** to ensure optimal uptime and user satisfaction.
- Perform **user management**, access control, and role provisioning in alignment with company policies.
- Implement best practices for **JIRA data security**, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Support internal teams with **training, documentation,** and troubleshooting of JIRA-related issues.
- Lead or support JIRA-related projects and **migration efforts**, if needed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ** 2+ years** of hands-on experience as a **JIRA Administrator** (preferably in a SaaS or digital agency environment).
- Strong understanding of **Agile methodologies** and JIRA’s role in project lifecycle management.
- Proficient in **JIRA Query Language (JQL)** and experience with **ScriptRunner**, **Automation for JIRA**, or similar add-ons.
- Experience in **JIRA-Confluence integration** and plugin management.
- Familiarity with **user provisioning and permission management**.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Atlassian certification (e.g., ACP-100) is a plus.
- Experience with **Atlassian Cloud administration**.
- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Groovy, Python) is advantageous.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments.
