We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our PMC organization and oversee the construction of multiple builder floors in Gurgaon.

The Site Engineer will use our Technology (CONSTRA) and play a crucial role in ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning & Execution**:

- Assist in developing and implementing the project schedule and work plans.
- Monitor daily progress against the schedule and identify potential delays.
- Ensure adherence to approved plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve any quality issues that arise during construction.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and document findings.
- **Site Management**:

- Manage site logistics, including material handling, equipment usage, and site cleanliness.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all site personnel.
- Implement and enforce site safety procedures and regulations.
- Resolve site-related issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed site diaries and progress reports.
- Prepare and submit required documentation, such as daily reports, inspection reports, and change orders.
- **Client Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with the project manager and client regarding project progress, challenges, and any necessary changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Site Engineer on small to medium-sized construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
- Experience with construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
