**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct microbiological testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Perform various microbial identification tests using techniques such as PCR, ELISA, and traditional plating methods.
- Monitor and analyze microbial trends in production processes and products, identifying any deviations or anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve any microbiological issues or non-conformities.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment regularly to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Implement and maintain aseptic sampling techniques and practices to prevent cross-contamination.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures, results, and analysis.
- Participate in the development and validation of new testing methods and procedures.
- Assist in the development of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) based on microbiological findings.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to food microbiology.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes and practices.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven 1-3 years of experience in microbiological testing and analysis within the food industry.
- Familiarity with various microbiological testing techniques and equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in recording results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Adherence to safety protocols and aseptic techniques.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, as required.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
