Qc Chemist

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform physical and chemical testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to established methods and procedures
- Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all testing data
- Investigate out-of-specification test results and take appropriate corrective action
- Prepare standard operating procedures for all testing methods
- Train other QC personnel in testing methods and procedures
- Perform root cause analysis on process and product non-conformances
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control systems
- Monitor compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Keep abreast of latest developments in quality control methodologies and technologies
- Make recommendations for improvements to existing quality control systems

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field for Textiles Industry
- 0-2 years experience working in a quality control laboratory
- Experience with analytical instrumentation, including HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, etc.
- Thorough understanding of cGMP guidelines and FDA regulations
- Working knowledge of LIMS systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
