Job Responsibilities:

- Perform inspections on incoming raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks on printing and packaging processes to ensure that the finished products meet the required standards and customer specifications.
- Ensure that all necessary tests are carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Review and analyze data from quality control tests to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality control activities, including test results and reports.
- Work closely with production and manufacturing teams to identify quality issues and provide feedback on process improvements.
- Ensure that all quality control equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new quality control procedures and standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers on quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in CIPET or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in the printing and packaging industry.
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of ISO and other quality standards is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Daman, Daman and Diu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
