**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform meticulous quality checks and inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished plastic products.
- Execute a range of tests and analyses utilizing specialized equipment to ensure products adhere to precise specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive records of test results, inspections, and quality control documentation.
- Collaborate seamlessly with production teams to promptly identify and address quality-related issues and deviations.
- Engage actively in the creation and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Participate in investigations of customer complaints and internal quality incidents, identifying root causes and suggesting corrective actions.
- Monitor and furnish reports on key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Contribute to the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment, thus ensuring consistently accurate results.
- Support the advancement of continuous improvement initiatives aimed at augmenting overall product quality.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards pertinent to plastic products.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior QC team members when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- CIPET (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology) qualification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in quality control within the plastic industry.
- Proficiency in plastic manufacturing processes and associated quality standards.
- Familiarity with quality control testing methods and equipment.
- Outstanding analytical skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
- Exemplary organizational and documentation abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Understanding of ISO and other relevant quality management systems is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
