Checking the first few bodies that come out of the PT line in each shift for any quality defects (water break, streaks, patchy coating etc.) OSR needs to walk with the Body along the line
- Testing done for the parameters at the start of each shift to ensure all parameters are in range (testing done by TML under Henkel supervision)
- Material unloading for paint shop products (MPT) to be done at the dock in presence of Henkel representative only (TML requirement for supplier representative to be present for each unloading)
- Stock taking for all the stores (Paint, Weld & Assembly) and confirmation on the same with the scheduler / SCM team from TML
- Preventive maintenance and shut down maintenance activities to be carried out on the line for MPT
- Order punching for dispatches to TML Pantnagar, Ashok Leyland UTK, TML Jamshedpur and tiers of TML Jamshedpur (Caparo, Pushkar Techno)
- Follow up for payment of Tiers and also checking for any discrepancy in payments received from TML (ensuring all GRNs are done and there is no other concern)
- Follow up on the dispatches and actual delivery time, coordination with Henkel customer service & TML buyer
- Checking with TML buyer for the dispatch of low shelf life products & confirmation, ensuring the inwarding of these materials without any rejection
- Sharing the actual production data & next 3 months forecast for the production
- Sharing the forecast file inputs for the DRM
- Addressing any concerns observed on line (MPT, DGX, tapes, expiry date concerns, revalidation requests etc.)
- Conducting trials for any new parts, models etc.
- Sharing any changes in the QPV or establishing the QPV for new products implemented
- Sharing any intelligence on new model SOPs, competition activities, NPD activities etc
