A. Masonry works, carpentry works, painting works, plumbing works, etc.
1 Planning for the regular maintenance works across the plant based on the list of jobs received.
2 Execution of the Civil AMC works based on the prioritization being done w.r.t to the Safety compliances/production/legal/other compliances-requirement and BP/budget limits.
3 To make and ensure relevant notifications, permits, JSA & TBT for execution of the AMC works including the closure compliance.
4 Field rounds for verifying the safety/quality/quantity of the AMC works being carried out.
5 Assessment and evaluation of AMC score cards on monthly basis.
6 Verification & certification of the AMC bills/SCN timely through SAP on monthly basis.
7 Verification & validation of PPT files for Stakeholders review meeting on monthly basis.
8 Making the SOW with BOQ as & when required for making the PR/PO process.
9 Interaction with Commercial team, Technical discussion/Pre-bid review meetings, TR clearance for releasing the PO.
10 Interview process, Documents verification for the assessment & approval of gate passes in Savior portal for their employees; CGP/NRGP approval through the CGP portal for the materials.
B. Scaffolding works, cleaning and structural painting works.
1 SOW with BOQ preparation for the consolidated contract.
2 Execution of the structural painting works based on the prioritization being done and as per the TPI-QC In-charge.
3 Tracking and updating the External & Internal Audit recommendations with status for monthly review meetings with the SIM-Structural Integrity Management team at central level.
4 Interview process, Documents verification for the assessment & approval of gate passes in Savior portal for their employees.
5 To make and ensure relevant notifications, permits, JSA & TBT for execution of the AMC works including the closure compliance.
6 Field rounds for verifying the safety/quality/quantity of the AMC works being carried out.
7 Assessment and evaluation of AMC score cards on monthly basis.
8 Verification & certification of the bills/SCN timely through SAP on monthly basis.
C. Visual inspection, NDT testing - Rebound hammer testing, core cutting sampling, Cover meter & UPV testing methods in RCC.
1 Internal Audit, SOW with BOQ provided for the preparation of the consolidated contract across HZL for the purpose of Stability audit for RCC tanks across PMP.
2 To make and ensure relevant notifications, permits, JSA & TBT for execution of the NDT works including the closure compliance.
3 Supervision for verifying the safety/quality/quantity of the NDT works (Rebound hammer, cover meter, UPV & core cutting test) being carried out.
4 Follow up & communicating with the vendor for getting the final report with recommendations; NDT test results received.
D. Structural strengthening works (Mechanical) for stability enhancement in PM
1 Being the Unit coordinator for Structural stability & a member of SIM (Structural Integrity Management) team, to follow-up & monitor the progress of the Mechanical activities for improving the structural stability across the plant.
2 Mobilization is under progress now against the recently issued PO.
E. Manlift/boom lift operation & Roof sheeting works.
1 SOW with BOQ preparation for the consolidated contract.
2 Interview process, Documents verification for the assessment & approval of gate passes in Savior portal for their employees.
3 Meeting, interaction & follow-up with the vendor to start the job ASAP.
4 SRP training to the manpower.
5 To make and ensure relevant notifications, permits, JSA & TBT for execution of the roof sheeting works including the closure compliance.
6 Field rounds for verifying the safety/quality/quantity of the roof sheeting works being carried out.
7 Verification & certification of the bills/SCN timely through SAP
F. Refractory maintenance works in Silver (Nobel furnace, Cupel furnace, BBOC furnace, Junker furnace, Induction furnaces, Laddle, Wheel barrows, tundish,etc.) and in Zinc plant (CAF furnaces, Tundish, trolleys, launders,etc.,)

11 To make & ensure PV Audit properly in ever month; Tracking & booking of materials consumed from Refractory Stores (RS01). SIV creation & approval for materials required from Central Stores (CS01).
