**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to define and develop brand strategies for various events, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and overall brand experience.
- **Brand Voice & Identity**: Establish and maintain a distinct and consistent brand voice for each event, ensuring alignment with the overall company brand and values.
- **Campaign Ideation**: Develop creative concepts and communication strategies for event marketing campaigns, focusing on storytelling that resonates with the target audience.
- **Strategic Messaging**: Craft strategic messaging frameworks that effectively communicate the event's unique value proposition, key themes, and objectives to different audience segments.
- **Content Planning**: Develop content calendars and detailed plans for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media platforms.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market and audience research to inform branding decisions, ensuring that content and strategies are tailored to the preferences and behaviors of target audiences.
- **SEO & Digital Marketing**: Implement SEO best practices in copywriting to enhance the visibility of online event content and drive engagement through digital channels.
- **Brand Guidelines**: Create and manage brand guidelines for events to ensure consistent use of logos, colors, fonts, and messaging across all marketing materials.
- **Creative Direction**: Work with designers and other creative professionals to ensure that visual elements align with the brand strategy and enhance the overall narrative.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze the performance of branding and marketing initiatives, using insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
- **Event Descriptions**:Craft detailed and enticing event descriptions that highlight key features, speakers, sponsors, and activities to attract and inform potential attendees.
- **Press Releases**:Write press releases and media kits to promote events and secure media coverage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
