**JD - Copywriter (Video Scriptwriter - Ads & Content)**

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Work from Office Experience: 1-3 Years Industry: Advertising / Digital Media / Content Creation.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a creative and driven Copywriter who can develop compelling scripts for both short-form and long-form video, as well as engaging copy for technical product marketing and creative poster content. You will work closely with our video editors, product marketers, and creative teams to produce high-converting content that engages users and drives platform growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Create captivating, conversion-focused scripts for both short and long-form video ads.
- Collaborate with video editors and content strategists to ensure engaging video storytelling.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative digital ad campaigns and branded content.
- Stay up to date with online trends, formats, memes, and storytelling techniques.
- Coordinate with the creative/illustration team to align visuals with the script narrative.
- Work across various formats: YouTube videos, reels, brand videos, product explainers, etc. - Ensure consistency of voice and tone across multiple campaigns.
- Adapt scripts for different platforms and audience segments.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong conceptualization, storytelling, and creative writing skills
- Solid background in copywriting or advertising content
- Ability to write punchy, persuasive copy that hooks attention
- Capability to think differently and bring fresh perspectives to campaigns
- A keen understanding of digital content consumption and audience psychology
- Multilingual writing ability is a plus (command over Tamil, Hindi, or other regional languages is advantageous)
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Qualifications**
- Graduation in Journalism, Mass Communication, Literature, Marketing, or related fields
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency, content studio, or advertising firm
- Prior experience or strong interest in geopolitics and technical product marketing is highly preferred
- Strong communication and research skills
- Portfolios or samples of past work will be required at the interview stage

Pay: ₹12,680.28 - ₹40,368.64 per month
