You will work across campaigns, digital content, social media, brand systems, and activations. The role combines writing and reviewing with a strong understanding of brand goals and content performance.What you will doLead copy across brand campaigns, digital platforms, and content formatsWrite and review copy across performance, brand, and editorial assetsUnderstand each brand’s business, audience, and content goals, and use that understanding to guide creative directionManage and mentor junior writers, ensuring consistency, clarity, and qualityCollaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers to deliver effective workBalance hands-on writing with team oversight across multiple projectsUse feedback and performance insights to improve output over timeWhat we are looking forMinimum 3 years of experience in copywriting or content writing, preferably in an agency or marketing environmentStrong command of written and spoken EnglishAbility to write or translate in Tamil is a strong plusAbility to manage timelines, reviews, and team tasks independentlyClarity of thought, attention to detail, and confidence in presenting workExperience working across formats including social, digital, and campaignBackground in media, communication, journalism, advertising, or related fields is preferredIf you are someone who can think clearly, write sharply, and lead creative work with accountability, we would love to meet you.
