We are looking for a experienced candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience .

The Social Media Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy across multiple platforms. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of digital trends to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management - Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content (text, image, video, reels, stories, etc.) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube). Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting. Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams for campaign support.
  • Strategy & Planning - Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives. Research current trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities. Optimize posting schedule to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Community Engagement - Monitor, respond, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions. Build relationships with online communities, influencers, and partners.
  • Analytics & Reporting - Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, and follower growth. Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations. Suggest improvements to increase ROI on social campaigns.
  • Advertising & Promotion - Manage paid social media campaigns (boosted posts, ads). Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting/budget for best results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Familiar with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team.

Job Type: Full-time
