Area Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, online channels, and client referrals.
- Present and demonstrate biometric attendance solutions to clients (schools, corporates, factories, government departments, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and offer customized hardware/software combinations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, follow-ups, negotiation, closure, and after-sales coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales, leads, and customer accounts using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the technical and support team to ensure proper installation and service delivery.
- Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to build brand presence and acquire leads.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or IT preferred)
- 1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in biometric devices, security systems, or IT hardware is plus point.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of biometric devices and attendance management systems
- Ability to travel locally for client visits and product demos
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
