**Education**: Any Graduation with or without backlogs **(Post Graduate not Eligible for this role)**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility.
- Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power.
- Explaining the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products.
- Maintain amicable conversation throughout the call and build customer delight.

**Salary**: 15000/- as take home + Incentives + Over time allowance (For the Period of First Three to Six Month).

After Completion of Three to Six months Salary will be hiked around 2.5 LPA - 2.75 LPA ( 18k - 19k as take home ) + Incentives + Over time allowance + PF + Medical Insurance.

**Shift Timings**: 9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M **(Including all the breaks in between)**

**Working Days**: Six days of Working and One day Rotational Week Off. After Completion of Six month it will be Five days working and Two days rotational week off. **After Completion of 3-6 will get work from home (WFH) opportunity.**

**(Note: SATURDAY & SUNDAY is NOT a Fixed Week Off)**
