**Designation: Trainee - Customer Relationship Officer**

**Location**: Ambattur - Chennai

**Shift Timings**: 9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M (including all the breaks in between) **Work From Office**

**Experience: Freshers **are eligible to apply

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility
- Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power
- Explaining to the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products.
- Maintain amicable conversation throughout the call and build customer delight

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to converse in regional language along with English.
- Ability to convince customers
- Assist customers in all their queries

**Educational Qualification**: Any Degree (With or Without backlogs) / 12th Std / Diploma

**Salary**: Monthly take home Rs. 15,000/- for 9 am to 6 pm shift + Incentives + Overtime allowance

**Note**: Upon completion of 6 months and on being eligible for conversion the CTC change would be 2.5LPA

**Working Days**: 6 days of Working and 1 Day Rotational Off **(Note: Saturday & Sunday will NOT BE a fixed off)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
