About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Customer Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle high-profile clients through voice and blended communication channels, present our products/services effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:


• Engage with high-value customers via phone, email, and chat (voice blended process).


• Present and explain company products and services clearly and convincingly.


• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.


• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.


• Manage the full sales cycle — from lead engagement to closing the deal.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


• Excellent communication skills (English fluency a must; other languages a plus).


• Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.


• Prior experience in customer relations, telesales, or client servicing preferred.


• Ability to handle high-profile clients professionally.


• Strong negotiation and closing skills.


• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
