Designation: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Location: Ambattur - Chennai - Work From Office

SHIFT TIMING: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including all the breaks in between)

Experience: Freshers also are eligible

Educational Qualification : 12th / Graduation

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility
- Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power
- Explaining the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products
- Good Communication in English / Hindi
- Ability to convince customers
- Assist customers in all their queries

**Perks and Benefits**:

- **Salary Package: 15000/- Take Home + Incentives + Overtime Allowance**

**Working Days**: 6 days of Working and 1 Day of rotational Off

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
