Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Handle queries and direct them to the appropriate department or manager
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed
- Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments
- Support the administrative team as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Front Desk Representative, Receptionist, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with clients and team members
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
