Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Mumbai (Thane) - Wagle Estate (WFO)

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. 0-3 months previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Familiarity with telecommunications or VoIP technologies is a plus.
