**Job Opening: Area Sales Manager - Automobile Industry**

**Location**:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

**Experience**: 2-3 years (In Marketing)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Manage and expand dealer/distributor networks within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share in Chennai.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for business planning.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with company credit policies.
- Provide training, motivation, and guidance to the sales team for enhanced performance.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
- **Education**: Graduate in Mechanical/Automobile/Engineering or MBA in Marketing (preferred).
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of proven sales experience in the automobile industry (Battery tester and battery charger).
- Strong understanding of the Chennai/Tamil Nadu automobile market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
- Languages: English and Regional language(mandatory).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Automobile Industry: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
