This position is crucial for expanding the company's market presence, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector, and managing relationships with key accounts and distributors. **Responsibilities**: - Sales Generation: - Achieve sales targets set for the territory. - Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. - Team Building: - Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives. - Foster a collaborative and high-performing sales team environment. - Stockist Handling: - Manage relationships with stockists to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels. - Inventory Management: - Oversee inventory levels to ensure timely supply to distributors and retailers. - Strategy Plan: - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals. - Analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. - Key Accounts Management: - Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, including doctors and distributors. - Marketing Activities: - Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns. - Ensure effective communication of marketing messages to the target audience. **Outcome of the Position**: - Increased sales and market share in the assigned territory. - Successful establishment of new sales units. - Enhanced customer satisfaction and retention. - Efficient inventory management leading to reduced stock-outs and overstock situations. - Strengthened relationships with key accounts, contributing to long-term business growth. **Competencies**: - Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector. - Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team. - Communication Skills: Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. - Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. - Adaptability: Ability to adapt to market changes and new business environments. **Compensation Package**: Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) included.
