Key Responsibilities
Sales & Collections
- Achieve monthly sales targets across products and categories.
- Ensure primary and secondary channel appointments to meet business objectives.
- Improve market share through enhanced reach (ND & WD) and better extraction.
- Execute sales activation plans, BTL activities, CP meets, and brand-building initiatives.
- Ensure timely collection and reduction of ROD as per guidelines.
Channel Management
- Monitor and improve the health of dealers and distributors.
- Plan and execute network expansion and correction strategies.
- Strengthen channel partner relationships and maximize distribution reach.
Process Management
- Oversee sales, collections, channel management, and development activities.
- Drive market expansion initiatives and promotional activities.
- Manage sales administration and track competition analysis.
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Identify and develop future leaders within the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and corrective actions.
- Promote team engagement, productivity, and strong interpersonal relations.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance, Logistics, and Product teams for smooth branch operations.
- Improve productivity and increase category-wise sales.
- Ensure efficient channel development and collection processes.
