**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive and manage all sales and business development activities within the assigned area.
- Attain and surpass sales objectives by onboarding new clients to our SAAS platform.
- Craft and execute strategic plans to propel business growth and enhance market penetration.
- Establish and maintain robust client relationships, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Lead, support, and develop a team of 4 to 5 sales professionals, ensuring top performance and continuous improvement.
- Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Experience with SAAS sales is highly desirable.
- A background in agricultural product sales is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring a sales team of 4 to 5 members.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Should have strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
