Area Sales Executive

**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities -**
1. Achieve sales targets set by the company within the assigned area.
2. Identify and target new customers, as well as maintain relationships with existing ones.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
4. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
5. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
8. Train and educate sales team members on product knowledge and selling techniques.
9. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing reports for management.
10. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Stay up-to-date with developments in the Ayurveda industry and regulatory requirements.
