- Good Communication (written/Oral)
- Have experience on Middleware like WebLogic

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Engineering / MCA/ BE/B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (Passed with First Class/Division) or equivalent or higher qualification.**:

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the field

**Other Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
- Relevant certifications or training a plus
