  • Provide L2 support for Tomcat, IBM HTTP, Weblogic , Websphere, JBOSS, IIS, Nginx (standalone & domain), Apache Web application servers, troubleshooting and resolving configuration and performance issues.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and performance tuning of Java-based ( J2EE ), NodeJS applications. JVM related knowledge will be plus point.
  • Support the configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of API Gateway.
  • Collaborate with L1 support and development teams to resolve issues effectively.
  • Investigate and resolve application-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance, ensuring that all middleware systems are functioning as expected.
  • Apply security patches, updates, and handle web server lifecyle to maintain system integrity.
  • Understanding the Middleware vulnerabilities reported in VAPT and resolving as an individual
  • Document common issues, resolutions, and system configurations to build a knowledge base.
  • Provide feedback to senior engineers regarding recurring problems and potential improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience working with Tomcat, Apache ( and JBOSS application servers.
  • Experience troubleshooting Java-based applications.
  • Familiarity with Linux-based operating systems (RHEL, CentOS, Oracle Linux).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve system issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with both remote and onsite teams.
  • Good communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Single Sign On
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
