- 4. Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues reported by end-users or detected through monitoring tools.
- 5. Assist in the implementation of database security policies and procedures.
- 6. Collaborate with senior team members to develop and maintain documentation related to database configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- 7. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users experiencing database-related problems.
- 8. Assist in the implementation of database upgrades, patches, and migrations.
- 9. Stay informed about Oracle database technologies and best practices through self-study and training opportunities.
- 10. Adhere to organizational policies and procedures regarding database administration and support.
