**Description**:
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression of the company. Your duties will involve a mix of administrative tasks, customer service and office management support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**: Receive visitors, handle inquiries, and guide them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional and formally dressed appearance.
- **Call Handling**: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Manage appointments, meetings and conferences.
- **Office Maintenance**: Ensure the reception area and office premises are neat and well-organized.
- **Visitor & Client Assistance**: Provide general information about the company and its services.
- **Mail & Courier Handling**: Receive, sort, and distribute mail/packages.
**Qualification**. Graduation/ Diploma in any discipline
**Skills**.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk or similar role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management or relevant field is a plus.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
