We are urgently looking for talented customer support individuals to help with our expanding customer base and enhancing customer experience.
- **Work Location - Koramangala, Bangalore.**:

- **Working Mode - Work from office (6 days). Probation of work from home is not available**:

- **Work timing 9.30AM to 6.30PM (Monday to Saturday)**:

- **Salary: Rs. 17,000 to Rs. 18,000 take home/month**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Answer to the calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Focusing on customer satisfaction

**Eligibility**:

- **0 to 6 months of work experience in customer service**.
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
- Ability to work with a team and must be comfortable in a high-volume environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Must have good knowledge on MS Office Suit.
- **Preferred languages: English, Hindi and any additional regional language.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
