**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated **Enterprise Sales Executive** to join our Sales team. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing key business accounts, building client relationships, and driving revenue within the enterprise segment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and acquire new enterprise business accounts
- Maintain and grow relationships with key clients
- Understand client needs and offer customized fintech solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure account growth and retention
- Stay updated with fintech and payments industry trends
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in **enterprise/B2B sales**, preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing accounts
- Comfortable with client meetings and travel
