We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **HR Executive** to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end HR functions, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment & Onboarding**:

- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and offer rollouts.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and induction programs.
- **Payroll Management**:

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payrolls.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including attendance, leaves, and deductions.
- **Employee Engagement & Relations**:

- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and compliance.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- **HR Compliance**:

- Maintain and update employee records as per company policies and statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- **General HR Functions**:

- Monitor and manage performance appraisal processes.
- Handle exit formalities, including clearances and exit interviews.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of HR software/tools and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations.
