**Job Description**: - About us: EIE Instruments engaged in manufacturing, marketing - and Calibration of Scientific Instruments and Testing About the role: Tender Executive roles consists of Tender Preparation, - Tender Submission, Market Research, Coordination and - Communication, Tender Tracking and Reporting, Post - Tender Activities etc. **Responsibilities**: Researching and Identifying Government Tender - Opportunities relevant to the organization's - business. - Reviewing tender documents & understanding - requirements - Coordinating with team members to gather the - necessary information for tender submissions. - Preparing and submitting accurate and competitive - quotations within the specified deadlines - Ensuring compliance with all tender requirements, - including documentation and legal obligations. - Managing and maintaining the organization's profile - on the GeM Portal. - Regularly monitoring the GeM Portal for new tender - opportunities and updates. - Collaborating with the sales and business - development teams to understand customer - requirements and develop wining strategies. - Keeping abreast of industry trends, government - policies, and changes in procurement processes. - Should be having good skills in handling GeM Portal, - G - Sheets, Word and Excel Key Skills Fluency with all three languages such as : Hindi, Gujarati and EnglishNegotiation SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and sales software programs. Qualification Graduates / Diploma in Engineering Min Experience 3 Max Experience 4 years of Experience required in the same or relatable field
