**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with tender specifications.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for tender preparation.
- Review tender requirements and prepare clarifications or questions when necessary.
- Coordinate the tender submission process, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain an organized database of tender documents and related correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of pricing documents and quotations.
- Monitor the progress of submitted tenders and keep track of feedback and results.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors and clients during the tender process.
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing competitors' bids to improve the company's tender strategy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree any field.
- Minimum 6 months experience working in Vendor Registration, Tender preparation and other Tender related activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of tendering processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or work experience is a plus.
