Experience

Required Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in tender management, procurement, or a related role.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a

related field.

Salary

Strong knowledge of tendering processes and procurement principles. Excellent organizational and

project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and

other relevant software. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Management, or a

related field

Job Description Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from various sources, including online platforms,

publications, and direct requests.

Manage the end-to-end tender process, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender

documents.

Ensure all tender submissions comply with company policies, client requirements, and industry

standards.

Compile, review, and manage all necessary documents and information required for tender

submissions.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tender documents and submissions.

Liaise with internal departments, including finance, legal, and technical teams, to gather necessary

information and inputs for tender submissions.

Coordinate with external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners, to ensure timely

and accurate submission of tenders.

Conduct detailed analysis of tender requirements and assess the feasibility and competitiveness of

potential bids.

Monitor and report on the progress of tender submissions and outcomes.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities related to

tenders.

Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices in procurement and

tender management.

Pay: ₹10,115.27 - ₹40,000.00 per month
