Operations Executive

**EarnPati is a leading B2B platform dedicated to empowering individuals to become financial advisors, allowing them to sell a wide range of financial products and earn over ₹1 lakh per month without any investment. Our mission is to serve the next 1 billion people who wish to build a successful career in the financial advisory sector. We are looking for a motivated Management Intern to join our team and help us achieve this vision.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication & Reporting**:

- **Regularly connect with our clients to gather offline reports on financial products sold by financial advisors.**:

- **Ensure timely submission of all reports and communicate findings to the manager on a regular basis.**:

- **Develop effective strategies to streamline the reporting process, as timely reports are crucial to the business.**:

- **Lead Management & Issue Resolution**:

- **Maintain a record of any missing leads from advisor reports, prepare detailed Excel sheets, and communicate with clients to resolve issues quickly.**:

- **Serve as the point of contact (POC) for clients regarding any lead-related queries and provide prompt responses.**:

- **Continuously follow up with clients on missing leads to ensure timely resolution.**:

- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- **Work closely with the internal team to ensure all client concerns are addressed efficiently.**:

- **Take ownership of lead-related issues and communicate effectively with clients to come up with quick solutions.**:

- **Develop and maintain relationships with clients to enhance overall satisfaction.**

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in basic Excel functions like VLookup, filtering, and sorting.**:

- **Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients.**:

- **Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take decisions independently.**:

- **Leadership qualities with a collaborative approach to work.**:

- **Self-driven and able to follow up continuously to ensure tasks are completed.**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Basic understanding of computer operations and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Excel functions like VLOOKUP, filtering, and sorting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and dedication to achieving goals.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Strong communication skills.
