**Operational Responsibility**:
Manages all functions of the Food Production & Kitchen Stewarding operations.
Implement standard operating procedures to improve the process & performance of the department.
Ensures strict implementation of standard recipes.
Ensure Patient satisfaction by delivering the quality diets.
Monitor Patient feedback continuously to ensure improvement in process.
Achieve maximum efficiency from the team and all other available resources.
Maintain proper communication within the department by coordinating the Dieticians, Service & Clinical team.
Ensure proper availability of supplies & coordinating Farm/Stores/Procurement team for various supplies.
Control & monitor departmental costs on a regular basis. Perform regular inventory and internal audits.
Conduct regular tastings and evaluations to maintain consistency and quality of dishes.
**Innovation**:
- Stay updated on culinary trends, dietary practices, and wellness advancements to incorporate into the menu with the coordination of Dieticians and Clinical Team. Ensure an exceptional dining experience by consistently delivering delicious and health-focused dishes.
**Diet Expert**:
- Customization of therapeutic diet orders in the kitchen to meet patient requirements. Introduce different cooking techniques in the kitchen to optimize the nutritive value during cooking. Supervising the preparation of a therapeutic diet.
**Quality control & Creativity**:
- Encourage creativity among the culinary team, driving innovation and introducing new culinary concepts.
**Hygiene and Safety Compliance**:
- Ensure the kitchen complies with food safety and hygiene regulations, conducting regular inspections and training sessions. Lead by example in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
**Education / Desired Skillset**:
Culinary degree or relevant certification in Culinary Arts.
Proven experience (10+ yrs) as an Executive Chef or 2nd in Command in a reputed hospitality brand.
Preference will be given to those who worked with wellness-focused dining establishments / resort.
Ability to adapt to changing menus and dietary trends.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
