You should have adequate sales experience to assist people to make important property-related decisions. You should advise property to interested buyers according to their needs.
You will connect the prospective buyers to the sincere property owners and other Real Estate professionals. You should also help them sign the agreement with mutual satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ready to make Unlimited calls to the prospective Buyer
- Approach potential clients to buy and sell commercial and residential properties.
- Keep a list of properties for sale along with its location and features.
- Advice clients about market conditions and their impact factors.
- Assist sellers in promoting their properties.
- Carry out research to assess the market value of the properties.
- Ensure that all real estate transactions initiated are in complete compliance with laws and regulations
- List commercial properties for sale on local and on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
- Stay up to date with the knowledge of the market and the best possible prices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or High school diploma.
- 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Proven record of estate sales.
- Basic computer skills like MS Office.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Trustworthy and critical thinker.
- Outstanding listening skills
