Job Location: M.G Road, Bengaluru
Job Timing: 09:00 a.m to 6:30 p.m(6 days working)
Designation: Sales Executive
Experience: 1 to 2 years
No. of Opening: 01 Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month (negotiable)
Industry: Plastic Granules, Polymer and Engineering Compounds
Job Summary:
Training will be provided at our corporate office in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and acquire new customers for plastic granules and engineering compounds.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge & Technical Support:
- Understand the technical requirements of customers and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer demands, and competitors.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Negotiations & Contract Management:
- Handle negotiations, finalize deals, and manage the sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment.
- Ensure timely delivery and resolve any post-sales issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Plastic Engineering or related field.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in sales within the plastic granules or polymer industry is preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of polymer products and engineering compounds.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Knowledge of the local language (Kannada) will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month (negotiable, based on experience and qualifications).
