As a Telecaller with Grandview Consulting, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your role involves initiating outbound calls, sharing information about our real estate and consulting services, and scheduling follow‑up engagements to support our sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Grandview Consulting’s services and offerings.
- Generate and qualify leads by assessing client needs.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about properties, consulting packages, pricing, and market trends.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM system with clear call notes and client details.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and maximize conversions.
- Meet daily and monthly targets (calls made, leads qualified, appointments booked).
- Collaborate with the sales and consulting teams to refine messaging and improve conversion strategies.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 10+2 qualification; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is advantageous (real‑estate exposure preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with customer‑centric attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Goal‑oriented mindset with strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Resilient with ability to handle objections and high call volumes.
