**Position - Tele Collection**

The Tele Collection Executive/Officer is responsible for contacting customers via phone to collect overdue payments on their accounts. The role involves negotiating payment plans, updating customer information, and maintaining detailed records of all collection activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Contact**: Initiate outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts and follow up on payment commitments.
- **Account Review**: Review customer accounts to identify outstanding balances and determine appropriate collection actions.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with customers to ensure timely repayment.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities, including call notes, payment plans, and customer interactions.

Qualification - Graduate

Location - MG Road Near Metro Station, Gurugram

Experience - 1 year - 3 year

**Salary
- 20k - 25 k ctc**

Working Days
- 6 days working **( Roaster off )**
**Age limit - upto 27**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
