**Executive - Collections**
- We are looking for an Executive to assist with collecting outstanding debts. The Executive will contact clients, inform them of their debts, and ensure payments are made according to the agreed payment terms.

To ensure success as a Collections Executive, you should have excellent knowledge of accounting/reconciliations, possess good communication and negotiation skills, and attention to detail. A skilled Collections Executive should be able to reduce the DSO and keep all payments under an agreed DSO number.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing the company’s debtor list
- Ensure that the bills are submitted in compliance with customers’ requirements
- Contacting customers and informing them of their upcoming payments and overdue bills
- Maintaining customer payment records
- Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
- Responding to customer queries

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field with 3-5 years of experience.
- Previous experience working as a Collections Executive.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting/reconciliations
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures,
- Must be Proficient in Excel (Vlookup, Pivots etc.)
- Highly organized and process-driven
- High level of attention to detail
