- Individually driving Collections activity & achieving the Weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly targets while maintaining excellent Customer service.
- Working on improving the collection Strategies & methods to improve customer interactions.
- Meeting performance targets
- Problem solving ability & ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for managing internal (Regional and Collection agents) and external collection team efforts for maximizing the productivity and effectiveness of the team.
- Conducting Field visits & representing the Company with customers, external vendors and Forums.
- Ensure that the dealing with the Customer including handling of customer compliant is in line with the Fair Practice Code, KYC, AML and Anti-Fraud Management Guidelines of the Company
- Ensure that all data of customers are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Company
- Seeking sales/Dealer Support in resolving early warning indicators.
- Adherence and knowledge about compliance on situational basis.
- Ensure adherence of regulatory guidelines from Collections stand point. E.g. Sending Initial demand letters to customers, informing them about their account being sent
