Experience: 6months-1years of experience in collection process.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact customers to remind them of overdue payments and negotiate repayment terms to meet collection targets.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, payment status, and commitments.
- Ensure compliance with company protocols and legal guidelines during all recovery efforts.
- Address customer queries related to payments and escalate complex cases to senior team members as needed.
- Collaborate with field collection agents and provide updates on unresponsive accounts.
- Identify repayment risks and prioritize accounts requiring immediate attention.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to ensure a positive customer experience while emphasizing repayment benefits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
