Responsibilities
- **Make calls**: Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up with incoming leads
- **Build relationships**: Build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships
- **Educate customers**: Provide information about products and services, including features, pricing, and benefits
- **Resolve issues**: Resolve customer complaints or escalations quickly and professionally
- **Collect data**: Collect data on customer needs and satisfaction
- **Generate leads**: Generate sales by making cold calls and promoting products or services
- **Follow up**: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
- **Document interactions**: Document all customer interactions in a CRM system
- **Adhere to guidelines**: Follow communication scripts and guidelines set by the business
- **Meet targets**: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets
